A WordPress Theme for Sports Clubs
Evergreen Sports is a WordPress theme for sports clubs and societies. The main team, players and fixtures functionality is provided via a free plugin made by the theme developer called Simnor Sports Club Manager.
The theme is designed and developed by Simon North and has been created to help support the projects that EvergreenPA (a not-for-profit company) operates, these include helping support football clubs, choirs and other community projects that help to keep young people on the path to success and away from gangs and bad influences.

- 5 custom widgets which include: latest news, top scorers, players, next fixture and gallery.
- Gallery custom post type which uses the default WordPress gallery manager to easily update and manage your gallery images.
- Simple homepage slider (not a fancy over-the-top slow-loading slider, just a simple fading in and out slider), click the screenshots button at the top to see the options available.
- Shortcode support through the free Simnor Shortcodes plugin.
- Non-bloated code, everything nicely organised ready for developers.
